Job summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for a broad range of critical positions. Through targeted headhunting and proactive talent pool management, you will play a vital role in increasing our talent sourcing capabilities and helping our dynamic and purpose-driven organization to take the next big step in our growth journey.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Drive the end to end recruitment life cycle to ensure timely delivery on vacancies with high quality and ethical standards
  • Build talent pools of experienced candidates.
  • Proactive Sourcing and networking of sustainability and climate change talent.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain and enhance our company profile on social media
  • Recruitment operations - posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, technical tests, etc
  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent


Essential -

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, sustainability, or equivalent
  • 2- 5 years experience of relevant experience in recruitment agency
  • Proactive sourcing expertise for a wide range of positions using all social media channels.
  • Expertise in sourcing for a range of positions within the Data science, Analytics, Big Data, Business Intelligence , SRE, DEVOPS, Cloud Engineers
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail
  • A people person with the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Curious, inquisitive and comfortable with changing circumstances
  • Strong time management and organisational planning
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, global team as well as independently
  • Eagerness to grow and learn in a young, dynamic and fast evolving team
