Department Overview
Enterprise Business Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.

About the Role
The Application Systems Engineer (ASE) 5 is part of the Mobile Engineering Services team within the Enterprise Endpoint and Mobile organization. The ASE 5 role will act as subject matter expert for the engineering and sustainment of our Fully Managed iDevice (FMID) and Fully Managed Android (FMAD) technologies including UEM policy implementations and text message capture via SMARSH. The resource will oversee all policy controls implemented to our regulated space, ensuring our processes for managing drift will maintain Wells Fargo in a state that is compliant to regulatory needs. In addition, the resource maintains the technical integration between Blackberry UEM, Smarsh and Vantage/ZL technologies to ensure all SMS messaging is captured properly. Finally, this resource tests all new technology changes against regulatory controls to ensure there is no impact to our commitments.


Act as an SME for applications / solutions related to text message capture, ingestion into our archiving technologies as well as implementation of policies and controls to our mobile devices to ensure full compliancy to regulatory requirements.
Analyze complex business requirements, generate technical specifications to design, develop and implement various aspects of our mobile regulated solutions

Be able to work independently and within a team to ensure that task deadlines are met on time and meet the business requirements

Work with vendors to evaluate product and solution capabilities to ensure they meet Wells Fargo requirements

Oversee overall systems testing and migration of platforms and applications to production
Verify system logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging during QA cycles
Support any new compliance and reporting requirements coming from our enterprise programs
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support mobile applications
Ensure compliancy of our design to meet all Wells Fargo security and operating standards
Lead projects and provide guideline/directions for the work of less experienced peers
Identify and pursue opportunities for automation and simplification of the processes.
Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides

Essential Qualifications

Graduation Degree
Experience of 6-8 years in Mobile Engineering.
Knowledge of Blackberry UEM server or similar mobile device management (MDM) technology
Knowledge of Blackberry Dynamics or similar mobile application management (MAM) technology
Knowledge of Android/iOS provisioning, operation and management concepts
Knowledge of Windows Administration, Firewall, Proxy ,Active directory
Knowledge of IIS Administration
Knowledge of MS Exchange 2010 or above

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Power shell scripting
Experience with SQL Database querying and basic management concepts
